Description
Weir Group is seeking an experienced Product Domain Lead - Manufacturing to drive the strategy, delivery, and long-term ownership of their Manufacturing domain. This role involves shaping global manufacturing processes at scale, transforming manufacturing, operations, data, and ways of working across Weir's worldwide business. The lead will own and execute the Manufacturing domain strategy, roadmap, and prioritized backlog, leading Product Owners, SMEs, and cross-functional teams. They will drive adoption of SAP S/4HANA best practices, enable global process harmonization, and partner with various leaders to ensure successful outcomes.
