Description
Gresham is hiring for a hybrid permanent role on the Product Performance & Education team to create and maintain Opus EDM training content, product documentation, and Knowledge Base materials. The position focuses on updating training materials for current Opus EDM releases, partnering with product owners and subject matter experts to validate accuracy, supporting quarterly releases, and expanding to other Gresham products over time. The role is based in Gurugram, Noida, or Bangalore and requires at least 3 years of hands-on Opus EDM experience, working knowledge of SQL/SQL Server, strong English communication, documentation skills, and familiarity with LMS and e-learning tools.
