Description
Rockstar is recruiting for an innovative AI company that builds software, AI agents, and managed back-office operations for accounting firms. This product engineering role owns core workflows for tax preparation, review, bookkeeping, client requests, and practice management, turning messy accounting work into durable interfaces, automations, workflow states, data models, and agent behavior. The role works cross-functionally with product, design, engineering, and implementation, uses AI coding agents, and requires strong programming and production application experience. Compensation is $150,000–$225,000 base salary plus 0.25%–1.00% equity.
