Crosby is hiring a Product Engineer to own end-to-end product surfaces across Python services, APIs, React and TypeScript interfaces, data models, and AI workflows. The role partners with product, design, and legal teams to build and iterate features, design foundational systems, mentor engineers, and help recruit world-class talent. Candidates need at least five years of production software experience, strong backend and frontend judgment, systems thinking, product sense, ownership, collaboration, and curiosity.
