Synquery is hiring a Product Engineer - AI to own a core product surface and build AI-powered features, workflows, agents, and client-facing systems. The role involves gathering user and client insights, writing requirements and product specifications, developing solutions with AI-assisted tools, collaborating with senior engineers and the CTO, testing and debugging agents, and communicating progress. The position is hybrid in Nashville or Boston and seeks someone with 1–3 years of experience in product, software, consulting, or early-stage companies; LLM API, consulting or research workflows, and React, Node, or Python experience are preferred.
