Description
The Product Engineer will define and own AI email product requirements, model behavior, evaluation frameworks, quality standards, reliability, and user experience. The role works with machine learning, backend, and client engineering teams to translate technical constraints into product decisions, prioritize AI features, and ensure systems are predictable, trustworthy, and continuously improved. It requires AI and machine learning experience, strong computer science and system design skills, hands-on experience with LLM-based products, and the ability to make technical product decisions in a fast-moving environment.
