Description
The role is a full-stack engineering position at a seed-funded construction technology startup, responsible for designing, building, and deploying autonomous agents and end-to-end product initiatives such as procurement automation and contract management. The engineer will own backend and frontend development, work directly with customers to validate solutions, and pursue platform opportunities. The position requires at least three years of startup or scale-up engineering experience, German and English proficiency, and expertise in TypeScript, NestJS, and React, with experience building autonomous or semi-autonomous software systems. It is an on-site role in Munich, Germany, with a salary of 80,000 to 120,000 EUR annually plus equity options, relocation support, and no visa sponsorship.
