Coherent is hiring a Product Engineer in Järfälla, Sweden to improve product yield, solve manufacturing and reliability challenges, and support the transition of innovative products from development to volume production. The role involves analyzing manufacturing and yield data, conducting root-cause investigations, monitoring process stability, supporting new product introduction, developing process documentation, collaborating with quality and reliability teams, and contributing to continuous improvement. Candidates need a relevant master's degree, at least three years of high-tech manufacturing experience, strong data-analysis and statistical-methods experience, Python, Power BI or Grafana, and statistical software experience.
