Description
The Product Engineer will lead cross-functional teams investigating yield excursions, root causes, and corrective and preventive actions across wafer fabrication, electrical and optical testing, and reliability evaluations. The role owns yield bridge activities for new product introduction and high-volume manufacturing, supports optoelectronic chip development, conducts design and process sensitivity studies, leads production ramp-up readiness, and drives yield improvement and cost reduction. Candidates need a postgraduate engineering, physics, materials science, or related degree, at least four years of similar experience, hands-on optoelectronic device expertise, and statistical analysis proficiency.
