Engram is hiring a Product Engineer / Product Researcher to own a new product experience for application-layer AI companies and end users. The role covers end-to-end product surfaces, APIs, user experience, deployment, observability, evaluations, feedback loops, customer-facing model design, telemetry, agentic product prototyping, model training, and product engineering culture. The position seeks an entrepreneurial, technically rigorous, user-centric, creative, and hands-on builder who can work across domains and collaborate with model researchers.
