Description
The Product Engineer supports the design, analysis, quoting, testing, and production support of new and existing products. The role reviews drawings, schematics, and prototypes; analyzes and reverse-engineers competitor products; develops solutions to product weaknesses; coordinates with product design, sales, manufacturing, and customers; troubleshoots failures; maintains development records; and contributes to product development plans, budgets, schedules, and quality processes. The position requires three years of automotive industry experience, an engineering degree or equivalent, TS16949 knowledge, and experience with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, control plans, and process flow.
