Description
Glean is hiring a Product Engineer to build end-to-end user-facing experiences for AI agents, including agent creation and configuration, evaluation and feedback workflows, self-improvement loops, and safe deployment and operation. The role spans frontend, backend, prompting, harness behavior, infrastructure, and product systems, with strong collaboration across design, product, research, and go-to-market teams. Candidates should have a BA/BS in computer science or a related field, at least six years of product software experience, and strong coding skills in Go, Python, Java, or TypeScript; AI, agentic, workflow, automation, or developer-product experience is a plus. The role is in person in Bangalore, India.
