Molex is hiring a Product Engineer in El Salto, Jalisco, to configure and generate part numbers, manage materials and engineering changes, interpret technical drawings, maintain ERP and PLM traceability, support digital transformation and plant initiatives, standardize product records, and resolve product performance issues. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 3–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience, BOM and engineering change management experience, SAP MRP and PLM proficiency, and advanced English.
