Langdock is hiring a Product Engineer to own customer problems from discovery through production, shaping AI-powered enterprise products such as chat and agents, agentic interfaces, governance and evaluation, document libraries, long-running workflows, and integrations with Excel and Outlook. The role requires several years of full-stack product software experience, familiarity with the listed TypeScript, React, Node.js, database, and AI-stack technologies, and the ability to independently investigate, design, ship, and operate production systems. It is an in-office position in Berlin, Germany, requiring an existing right to work in Germany, with no visa sponsorship and a gross annual salary of €90,000–€140,000 plus equity.
