Lumilens is seeking an experienced Product Engineer to own manufacturing processes for its optical transceiver roadmap. The role manages manufacturing changes, yield, quality, reliability, BOM accuracy, continuous improvement, test compliance, documentation, qualification testing, and design-for-manufacturing collaboration. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electrical or industrial engineering or a related field, seven years of high-volume optical transceiver manufacturing experience, and expertise in manufacturing engineering, yield analysis, statistical process control, quality systems, and optics fabrication processes.
