Description
Minth is hiring a Product Engineer to develop and modify sealing and glass-holding-molding (GHM) products for automotive door systems, from concept through production implementation. The role covers product feasibility, customer and OEM consultation, tooling, APQP, PPAP, DVP&R, DFMEA, PFMEA, GD&T, testing, first-article approval, and technical support for GM programs. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering, 2–5 years of relevant experience, Catia V5 and UG NX 11 skills, knowledge of plastics and metals, and familiarity with Team Center and GM ECR; automotive component and manufacturing-process experience is preferred.
