OpsLevel is hiring a Product Engineer to own end-to-end customer problems, from discovery and solution design through implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing use. The role combines product and engineering ownership with daily work on coding agents, an internal software factory, GraphQL APIs, and technical architecture. It is fully remote across North America and requires strong Ruby on Rails, MySQL, GraphQL, and software design experience, along with product judgment, customer empathy, and the ability to mentor others.
