Description
Paraform is hiring a Product Engineer to work across its recruiting marketplace, AI matching, and Recruiting OS. The role involves identifying problems, designing and shipping end-to-end solutions, and owning outcomes while balancing product thinking, business impact, technical execution, and high ownership. The engineer will work on systems that acquire and match candidates, agentic recruiting systems, and tools for recruiters, including CRM, AI-assisted workflows, and integrations.
