Patch is hiring Product Engineers to own customer-facing workflows and product initiatives from problem definition through shipping reliable software. The role partners with Product and Design, defines scope and sequencing, manages stakeholders, and maintains quality through reviews and architecture. It targets Senior or Staff+ engineers, welcomes earlier-career candidates with strong product thinking, and uses Ruby on Rails with Stimulus.
