Description
Pelago is hiring a Product Engineer to own meaningful product areas end-to-end, from discovery and prototyping through production rollout and iteration. The role partners with product, design, data, and clinical teams; builds secure, well-tested, observable software across backend, frontend, and data surfaces; uses experimentation and user feedback to validate solutions; and improves AI-native engineering practices. It is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in Pelago’s New York City office, with a base salary of $190,000–$215,000 USD and no visa sponsorship.
