Description
PRESHai is hiring a Product Engineer to build and operate the reusable product and platform layer behind PRESHos and client delivery. The role focuses on creating agent tools, workflows, MCP servers, integrations, and durable product capabilities across retrieval, memory, data pipelines, evaluation, observability, and human-in-the-loop systems. The engineer will also improve internal SDKs, developer experience, security, tenant boundaries, and production reliability, while using frontier models and AI coding or agent harnesses. The position requires at least five years of production software experience, strong TypeScript and Python skills, PostgreSQL and API design experience, and platform-building experience, with a four-days-in-office, one-day-remote schedule in downtown Tampa.
