RELEX Manufacturing is hiring a Product Engineer to serve as the R&D face to US manufacturers, owning high-impact deployments from presales through production. The role combines customer-facing requirements gathering, solution development using RELEX configuration, Python, integrations, and live customer environments, and accountability for KPI delivery, solution performance, and SLAs. Candidates should have strong Python and SQL, data modelling, heuristics and constrained optimization, machine learning literacy, AI-tool fluency, business acumen, and experience with US enterprise or mid-market customers; a manufacturing, supply chain, or complex industrial operations background is preferred. The role is field-embedded in the United States, requires regular domestic travel, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
