Description
The role is a full-stack product engineer and product manager for Viktor, an AI agent product used in Slack and Teams. The person will define and build the UX for managing AI employees, ship user-facing products end to end across web, desktop, and mobile, own onboarding and activation, improve retention, and make product decisions. The role requires end-to-end product ownership, strong frontend and backend skills, product discovery and prioritization, attention to detail, design sensibility, and familiarity with agentic coding. The technology stack includes TypeScript, React, Python, and Modal. The role is based in Munich or Warsaw.
