Description
The Automotive Interior Design Engineer is responsible for understanding customer design requirements, creating and validating designs, communicating designs, launching products, managing program risk, and delivering designs within engineering and BOM cost targets. The role requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or an equivalent technical field, at least 1–3 years of relevant automotive interiors experience, fluency in English, and willingness to travel to customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants.
