ZURU is hiring a Junior Engineer to build software for internal business-unit teams, owning applications end to end from discovery through production and graduation. The role involves understanding finance, sales, or operations processes; directing coding agents; validating and shipping working software; using internal tooling and governed data; and maintaining application quality, reproducibility, telemetry, SLOs, and alerts. Candidates need the ability to work with business teams, direct agents, reason about code, and have built software used by others; engineering experience is not required.
