The role involves forecasting equipment and production capacity, managing manufacturing and quality issues, improving yields and test coverage, collaborating with overseas manufacturing teams, and supporting server design and DFx. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration with technology industry experience, at least five years of manufacturing management experience in x86 PC or server products, and strong English and Mandarin communication skills.
