Airwallex is hiring a senior Finance Transformation Lead to report to the CFO and define, own, and deliver the company’s global Finance function transformation. The role combines product ownership and end-to-end technical delivery, including an AI transformation roadmap, prototype-to-production delivery, stakeholder alignment, change management, and measurement of outcomes. Candidates need at least five years of software or forward-deployed engineering experience, strong product sense, and the ability to work with ambiguous requirements; fintech, finance systems, data architecture, and generative AI experience are preferred.
