Description
Springboard is hiring Product Engineers to work with operational teams on end-to-end product development, including data modeling, backend and frontend implementation, deployment, instrumentation, testing, production support, and iteration. The role focuses on building GenAI-powered capabilities such as LLM integrations, agents, RAG, and workflow automation, and may involve leading multi-stakeholder projects and mentoring engineers at the Senior level. It is a remote position based in India for candidates residing in and authorized to work in India, requiring at least four years of industry experience and strong full-stack, SQL, cloud, and GenAI experience.
