Description
Extenteam is hiring a full-stack software engineer to report to the Head of Engineering and work closely with Shared Services operations. The role owns end-to-end features, including problem framing, backend and frontend development, instrumentation, rollout, and follow-up fixes; it also identifies recurring operational issues and closes them at the product or platform level. Responsibilities include building AI surfaces, prompt and agent architecture, tool calling, retrieval, guardrails, evals, usage analysis, and engineering improvements. The position requires at least four years of full-stack enterprise software experience, strong TypeScript, and experience with the listed technologies, and is based in Miami with an in-office four-days-per-week arrangement.
