Accurx is hiring a Product Engineer in London on a hybrid basis. The role owns features end-to-end, from problem definition with clinicians and product managers through architecture, implementation, rollout, and long-term evolution. Responsibilities include engaging with NHS GPs, practice staff, and patients; designing architecture and API boundaries; maintaining product quality and reliability in a clinical context; managing technical debt; and making architectural decisions. The team uses C# and Azure on the backend, TypeScript and React on the frontend, and Python for machine learning and AI work. The position offers £80,000–£115,000 plus £30,000 in share options, healthcare benefits, pension or life insurance, flexible office-first working, and other leave and family benefits.
