Esri is hiring a Software Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability, availability, and disaster recovery capabilities of ArcGIS Enterprise. The role involves gathering user requirements, collaborating across teams, creating and automating test plans, evaluating test results, and communicating reliability information through documentation and presentations. Candidates need 2–6 years of operational software experience, software testing experience, REST and backend-server knowledge, strong problem-solving and communication skills, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and existing work authorization for India.
