Description
Lattice is seeking a Product Engineering Equipment Technician to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for wafer probe setup, visual inspection and ATE testing of packaged semiconductor ICs, bench testing of semiconductor ICs, basic bring-up and debug of ATE hardware, soldering, assembling electrical testing cables, and managing lab inventory. The role requires flexibility to work non-traditional shifts and occasional overtime. Candidates should possess strong organizational and communication skills, familiarity with MS Office, and demonstrate adaptability to learn new tasks quickly.
