Description
The Laser Diode Technical Lead owns the technical aspects of laser diode arrays and assemblies, serving as the primary technical interface for customers, suppliers, manufacturing, quality, and leadership. The role manages product specifications, BOMs, test plans, roadmaps, releases, performance, yields, failure analysis, reliability, costs, and product improvements across the product lifecycle, while preparing technical presentations and traveling to customers and vendors. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in physics, electrical engineering, or a related field, at least five years of laser or semiconductor experience, and strong communication, data-analysis, and leadership skills.
