Sprinter Health is hiring a Backend or Full-Stack Software Engineer to build and scale core systems for last-mile healthcare delivery, including patient booking, clinician routing, logistics, device integrations, scheduling, dispatch, safety checks, and error prevention. The role involves end-to-end product development, architectural decisions, project ownership, and collaboration with product, data, operations, and clinical teams. Candidates should have 2–3 years of experience building production backend or full-stack systems, with health-tech, logistics, data platforms, or regulated-environment experience preferred.
