Checkr is hiring a Product Finance & Strategy Manager to support financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, opportunity evaluation, pricing and packaging assessments, and investment decisions for new and emerging products. The role partners with Product, Engineering, GTM, and Analytics, delivers data-driven insights on growth, margin, risk, and ROI, and uses AI tools to improve planning and decision support. Candidates should have 6–9+ years of experience in strategic finance, product finance, business operations, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or similar analytical roles, along with strong financial modeling, analytical, business judgment, and executive communication skills. The role is based in Denver, San Francisco, Nashville, or Santiago, with an expectation of working from the office at least three days per week.
