ABB is hiring a Product Group Manager – Variable Speed Technology to lead the strategic simplification and portfolio strategy of its NEMA Motors Variable Speed Technology product line. The role manages SKU rationalization, portfolio segmentation, margin performance, SLA governance, product requirements, market and competitive intelligence, and new product development while collaborating with Engineering, Operations, and Sales. It requires a bachelor’s degree with at least 12 years of progressive experience or an associate’s degree with at least 14 years of relevant experience, along with strong motors or rotating equipment knowledge, business acumen, and cross-functional leadership skills.
