PNC is hiring a Product Innovation Development Program Associate to join its Retail Product Innovation organization in Pittsburgh or Philadelphia. The role is an analyst-level development program position for recent graduates, involving rotations across product teams, market and consumer research, feature development, process improvement, and collaboration with product, technology, operations, and other business functions. The associate will participate in hands-on projects, formal learning, mentoring, and social learning, with the goal of developing skills and potentially transitioning into a product role. The position is in-office, does not offer visa sponsorship, and requires a bachelor's degree or comparable education and experience.
