Description
The Product Innovation Technologist leads front-end innovation activities in product development, including technology scouting, early feasibility, prototyping, platform development, and translation of consumer insights into credible technical opportunities. The role partners with marketing innovation, NPD formulators, product development engineers, regulatory, quality assurance, and sourcing teams, while also managing supplier and technology-provider relationships. It requires a BS or MS in a relevant technical field and at least five years of experience in product innovation, front-end innovation, technology scoping, R&D, or early-stage product development. The position is remote or on-site and pays 126K to 142K.
