Description

SharkNinja is hiring a Product Integrity Engineer for its Shark Corded team to support design and engineering validation throughout the new product development process. The role partners with Engineering, ID, Product Development, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain on DFMEA, DVP&R, design reviews, engineering change analysis, manufacturing and test documentation, process controls, supplier quality, CAPA, and pre-production quality data. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant engineering or product development field, 1–2 years of engineering experience involving design verification and validation, and strong analytical and communication skills. The position offers an annual salary of $60,000–$108,900 USD and medical, dental, and vision insurance among other benefits.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Product Development, Human Factors Engineering, or a related field
Required Previous Experiences: 1–2 years of engineering experience involving design verification and validation activities, preferably in consumer goods
Hands-on experience with DFMEA, DVP&R, design reviews, and engineering change management
Preferred Qualifications: Experience at a consumer goods company, including internships, with high-volume, rapid new product development cycles
Familiarity with supplier quality processes, including PPAP and incoming quality controls
Exposure to human factors engineering or usability validation methods
