Description
QAD is hiring a Senior Product Operations Operator in Pune for a hybrid role requiring 3–4 days of in-office collaboration per week. The role owns KPI governance, product-health and value-realization metrics, new-product launch mechanics, adoption-health monitoring, root-cause diagnosis, PM enablement, and the intake process for user feedback. It reports to the Head of Product Operations and requires 5–8 years of relevant product operations experience, hands-on multi-SKU enterprise product launches, strong analytics and SQL or spreadsheet automation skills, and strong cross-functional facilitation.
