Aro Homes is hiring a Field Engineer to serve as its engineering presence on active residential construction sites. The role answers and resolves questions from superintendents and crews across architectural, structural, and MEPF scopes; makes Bluebeam redlines, BOM and work-order corrections, and field-drawing updates; routes complex issues to discipline owners; and converts recurring problems into documented change requests. The position is based in the field with daily work in Santa Clara and San Mateo counties, regular Mountain View office time, and periodic Sacramento plant visits.
