Beacon is hiring a Product Manager to own product outcomes for 2 to 5 portfolio companies, acting as a hands-on founding product leader embedded in each business. The role covers planning, roadmapping, sprint execution, prioritization, customer feedback, feature launches, coaching, and cross-portfolio playbooks, with potential growth into leading PM teams and owning product strategy across an industry vertical. Candidates should have a BA/BS degree, at least four years of product management experience, strong product fundamentals, customer discovery skills, and the ability to influence founders and executives without direct authority.
