Description
Speak is hiring a Product Lead to own the memory and personal intelligence layer of its language-learning platform. The role starts as a hands-on Product Manager focused on longitudinal learner memory, personalization, sequencing, recommendations, feedback loops, learner-state models, and interfaces across assessments, content, voice practice, AI systems, and learner-facing experiences. The Product Lead will set product direction, create cross-team artifacts and decision frameworks, build quality and instrumentation loops, and drive company-level outcomes; management scope may develop as the area grows. The position requires at least six years of hands-on product experience, Product Lead experience, and expertise in AI, machine learning, data, recommendations, personalization, platforms, learning, or technical products.
