RealTime eClinical Solutions is hiring a Product Lead Engineer to serve as the technical authority across multiple Agile scrum teams within a vertical product. The role leads end-to-end delivery of complex backend, frontend, and mobile features; mentors and upskills engineers; drives code quality, testing, security, documentation, and reliability; and owns significant product areas while collaborating with Product, QA, and Customer Success. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of professional software development experience in production SaaS environments, and deep proficiency in PHP, JavaScript/React, relational databases, SQL, and data modeling.
