Description

CACI is hiring a full-time Product Line Manager for its Rochester, New York facility to develop product strategy and manage the lifecycle of a portfolio of commercial Tactical Electronic Warfare products and accessories. The role collaborates with sales, program management, engineering, finance, and operations teams; supports product development, pricing, proposals, and investment planning; and requires substantial product portfolio and lifecycle experience. The position is 100% onsite with up to 25% travel across the Continental United States and offers a proposed salary range of $82,100 to $172,400.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor of Science degree in a technical discipline or equivalent technical background
Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of relevant experience managing a product portfolio or related role
Experience preparing business plans and product briefings
Experience or understanding of product lifecycle management, engineering development, and manufacturing
Experience collaborating with Sales, Program Management, Engineering, and Operations teams
Prior experience and knowledge of US DoD and international government contracting
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering discipline
MBA or equivalent
Familiarity with tactical military radios, RF-related products, and EW systems
Experience working with third-party vendors and building partnerships
Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, software engineering, RF signals, system engineering, and wireless communication technologies
Familiarity with circuit board design, fabrication, and assembly
Understanding of configuration management and engineering change processes
Active TS/SCI security clearance
