Description
The role leads complex, cross-functional product development and New Product Introduction programs from concept through commercial release and field deployment. Responsibilities include managing PLM and stage-gate milestones, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, regulatory, and other stakeholders, developing schedules and risk plans, managing budgets and portfolios, facilitating executive reviews, and supporting ESP and artificial-lift product lifecycles. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, typically five or more years of relevant experience, and strong knowledge of product development, PLM, stage-gate governance, manufacturing readiness, and industrial-product environments.
