Description
The role leads complex, cross-functional product development and New Product Introduction programs from concept through commercial release and field deployment. Responsibilities include managing PLM and stage-gate milestones, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, regulatory, procurement, and other stakeholders, developing schedules and risk and decision records, managing budgets and portfolios, facilitating executive reviews, and supporting ESP and artificial-lift product lifecycles. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, typically five or more years of relevant experience, and strong knowledge of product development, PLM, stage-gate governance, manufacturing readiness, and industrial-product environments.
