Description
Glean is hiring a Product Manager focused on agent interoperability and partnerships to lead the design and evolution of public APIs, SDKs, and MCP strategy for developers and partners. The role owns API contracts, versioning, authentication, onboarding, error handling, rate limiting, webhooks, documentation, developer support patterns, adoption metrics, and the developer experience across integrations. It requires 5+ years of product management experience, strong technical and developer-product knowledge, and experience with APIs, SDKs, third-party enterprise integrations, and partner relationships. The position is hybrid, with four days per week in the Mountain View or San Francisco office, and offers a base salary of $175,000–$195,000 annually plus potential variable compensation, equity, and benefits.
