Description
Accord is hiring its first Product Manager to own the roadmap, close the CS–product relationship, sequence delivery with engineering, track post-launch adoption, coordinate releases with product marketing, and conduct user research and AI evaluations. The role requires startup experience, data fluency, judgment about when AI is appropriate, strong communication, and comfort with ambiguity. It is a hybrid position with three days in the office per week and offers health, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage.
