Description
Anvil is hiring a full-time Product Manager to own the execution of a complex, mission-critical software platform serving military customers. The role translates product strategy into an executable roadmap, leads discovery with government and operational stakeholders, defines requirements and epics, coordinates engineering and design, and tracks operational success metrics. It requires a Top Secret security clearance, at least five years of product management experience including two years with complex data-intensive software in defence, national security, or regulated environments, and a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. The position is available in a remote Canada or hybrid Ottawa work model and offers CAD 140,000–165,000 base salary plus flexible health benefits and employer retirement contributions.
